More or less depending on the area. Our site is naturally located in the heart of a natural and wild environment surrounded by natural areas that we have chosen to preserve.

The topographical situation of the campsite is terraced. Le Domaine le Pommier is located in the heart of the Berg and Coiron hills in a natural and wild environment on the hillside, opening onto a splendid panoramic view. There are therefore some terraced areas and some flatter areas in the lower part of the campsite.

At the Domaine le Pommier, you will mostly hear French, but also Dutch, German, English, Spanish, etc. Our campsite is very cosmopolitan just like out beautiful Department, one of the most popular tourist spots in France.

At reception, accepted methods of payment are: Cash, bank card, holiday vouchers. In all the other sales outlets (restaurants, shops, etc.): Cashless and bank card.

1/ I get a cashless watch at the campsite reception on which I can charge the amount of my choice.

2/ I can recharge my watch by credit card, cash or holiday vouchers at the campsite reception. By credit card only at the aquatic area and the kiosk.

3/ Practical, no more need for change in my pocket, with my Cashless watch on my wrist, I can use it anywhere in the campsite, it is also water resistant.

4/ If I lose my watch, I present the loading ticket at the reception. My watch is blocked, I get a new one which is credited within 24 hours after checking the remaining balance.

5/ At the end of my stay, I must bring my watch back to the reception. If I have any credit left, I will be reimbursed in cash for amounts less than 5€ and by bank card for amounts greater than 5€. Amounts charged in holiday vouchers are not refundable.

Reservations begin on site during the previous summer and then sales open online, usually at the end of September. For a rental in July or August on a pitch of your choice, we recommend booking as soon as possible. The Ciela Village Call Centre is a free telephone service. Our receptionists will be happy to advise you and help you with your holiday reservation at the Ciela Village campsite.

The opening dates of Camping Le Pommier are indicated on the homepage of our website. These dates coincide approximately with the beginning of spring and the end of summer. The water park will also be open only to our residents on the same opening dates.

In low season, pitches can be booked for a minimum of 1 night and in high season, for a minimum of one week (7 days) with arrival on Saturdays, Sundays or Wednesdays depending on availability.

In low season, rentals are for a minimum of two nights at Domaine Le Pommier. In high season, rentals are for a minimum of one week (7 days), with arrivals and departures on Saturdays, Sundays or Wednesdays, and even every day for certain types of accommodation.

No. The Domaine le Pommier is not VACAF approved. However, we do accept ANCV holiday vouchers.

When you make a reservation by telephone or online, you will be asked to settle your account within seven days using a bank card, cheque, by Classic or Connect holiday vouchers or by bank transfer. The balance of the stay must be paid up to 1 month before the date of arrival.

We allocate mobile homes on a first come, first served basis and try to accommodate requests based on availability at the time of receipt of your request. Any rental may not exceed the number of people for which it is intended. Our Domain is frequented by a rather family clientele. A ‘preferential pitch’ option (for a fee) may be added.

Yes. Simply contact our wardens directly (in low and high season). We then ask you to come to reception the following morning before 12 am to complete the necessary paperwork.

Yes the Ciela Village Domaine Le Pommier is monitored day and night. Only residents of the campsite with a wristband and a registered number plate may enter the Domaine. Visitors, family and friends are allowed on condition that they register and collect a visitor's wristband from the caretaker. However, they must leave the campsite before midnight and have no access to the water park. 

Yes! You must wear the wristband. You will be given your wristband on arrival and it must be worn on your wrist at all times during your stay at Domaine le Pommier. If you lose it, you will be charged €10 for a new one, but you can exchange a broken or damaged or wristband free of charge.

The Ardèche Department is a protected natural reserve (no railway or motorway), which makes it a unique and special place for your holidays. You can only get around using the road networks. 

Domaine Le Pommier Ciela Village is 30 minutes from Montélimar SNCF station and 1h15 from Valence TGV SNCF station. Regular bus services (x74 and x75) serve the bus stops next to the campsite from these 2 stations.

Vehicles can be parked next to the rental or nearby, depending on the range booked and the location of the rental. There are car parks at various locations around the campsite. If you come with a second vehicle, you will be asked to pay a supplement per day and this vehicle will be parked according to availability: in one of our central car parks. The reception car park outside the campsite is free.

You can drive your car around the site from 6.00 a.m. until midnight. If you arrive before or after these times, parking at the entrance to the site will be provided for you.

The Domaine le Pommier water park is open every day from 10.00 am to 6.30 pm in low season and from 10.00 am to 7.30 pm in high season.  As a reminder, access to our pools and slides is reserved for Le Pommier campsite customers only, no tickets are sold to customers outside the campsite.

For swimming, shorts, bermuda shorts and swimming trunks are allowed. T-shirts, vests or any other item of clothing are not permitted. The burkini is authorised. 

The sports and pirate pools are heated to 26°. In July and August, the water temperature varies between 25° and 29°.... That is a pleasant temperature, irrespective of the air temperature.

Special buoys are required for the Halfpipe and Turbo Cyclone slides. These are available free of charge, and there are 3 different types of buoy: single, double and triple.

Access conditions:
● Double Long Racer: 120 cm minimum
● Halfpipe: 120 cm / Single buoy sitting position (120 kg)
● Turbo Cyclone: under 10s only accompanied by an adult/ Size 120 cm minimum / seated position in single (120kg) or double (180kg) buoy
● Family Slide: 120 cm /Sitting position in single, double or triple buoy (max 270kg)
● Pentagliss Multihill-Anaconda: under 10s only accompanied by an adult
● Pentagliss Hillracer-Super Anaconda/ Viper: under 10s only accompanied by an adult

For safety reasons, all children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult to enter the Water Park. For older children and adults, access is free and unlimited! For information, children are under the supervision and responsibility of a responsible adult.

It is possible to use the campsite and its services on the day of arrival from 10am while waiting for the accommodation to become available, but also on the day of departure once the accommodation or pitch has been vacated.

Yes, our children's clubs are adapted to each age group and welcome your children for fun and recreational activities and games.

The entertainment is offered in French and English and there are also entertainers available who speak French and English and/or Dutch.

Once a week in high season, our entertainers organise a FOAM party with a DJ, foam cannons and surprises! Swimsuits, masks and snorkels at the ready!

Take advantage of the low season! Prices are lower, there is no hurry to reserve your mobile home or pitch and you can choose your arrival and departure days. Our water park is open every day and 2 of the 3 pools are heated. A large choice of sunbeds awaits you so you can relax and unwind in peace. Our entertainment team will devise a bespoke programme for you tailored to the needs of the whole family and our numerous partners will offer you a range of sporting, fun and cultural activities at preferential rates. Everything you need for a most enjoyable and stress-free holiday!

The Gorges de l’Ardèche is 25km from Domaine le Pommier. On arrival at the Gorges you will find discover the mythical village of Vallon Pont d’Arc and the famous Pont d’Arc. And let's not forget the caves and the Grotte Chauvet 2 : the replica of the Chauvet Cave, granted UNESCO World Heritage status.

Your pets can come along too at Ciela Village Domaine le Pommier. We allow two dogs (apart from categories 1 and 2) per rental or pitch, however please note that they must be kept on a lead and have an up-to-date vaccination record. Cleaning up after them is your responsibility. You will be asked to pay a supplement per day and per animal in high season. Animals are however not allowed access to the water park. “Poo bags” are provided at various locations around the campsite.

In the mobile homes, the cot, highchair and baby bath are provided on request at no extra charge. You do however need to request one when you make your reservation. If you wait until you arrive to request one, it will be subject to availability. The cot does not have a mattress topper. A baby bath can be loaned on request from reception and subject to availability. 

The fridge can be hired at the same time as the pitch or directly on site, subject to availability, for the entire duration of your stay (see rates at the campsite reception). A deposit of €100 is required.

You will need an extension lead and a CEE plug adapter to connect to the terminal, which are not supplied. The fridge is delivered directly to your pitch and will be collected from your pitch before 11am on the day of your departure.

In high season, we strongly advise you to reserve it when you rent.

The fridge must be returned clean.

We only authorise gas barbecues and planchas. In Ardèche, a prefectoral decree prohibits the use of charcoal barbecues on all campsites in the department.

Barbecues can be hired at the same time as the pitch or directly on site, subject to availability and for the duration of your stay (see prices at the campsite reception). A deposit of €100 is required.

In high season, we strongly advise you to reserve this when you rent your pitch. The barbecue and/or plancha must be returned clean.

The Pommier little train is a free service offered to all Domaine le Pommier residents. It runs every day from 1st July until 31sy August every 30 minutes, from 10am to 9pm. 

Yes, a wifi network is available on our campsite.

You have a free connection for one device for the duration of your stay. Information and prices for additional equipment at reception and at the kiosk during your stay.

No, there is no ATM on site, but you will find one in the village centre 1km from the campsite.
