Our site is naturally located in the heart of a natural and wild environment surrounded by natural areas that we have chosen to preserve.<\/p><\/div>\n            \n            \n            \n            \n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/li>\n        <li >\n\n    \n\n<div href class=\"uk-accordion-title\">> What is the topography of the campsite?<\/div>\n\n\n\n            \n\n        <div class=\"uk-accordion-content\">\n\n            \n            \n            \n                        <div class=\"uk-margin\"><p>The topographical situation of the campsite is terraced. Le Domaine le Pommier is located in the heart of the Berg and Coiron hills in a natural and wild environment on the hillside, opening onto a splendid panoramic view. There are therefore some terraced areas and some flatter areas in the lower part of the campsite.<\/p><\/div>\n            \n            \n            \n            \n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/li>\n        <li >\n\n    \n\n<div href class=\"uk-accordion-title\">> Who are the customers?<\/div>\n\n\n\n            \n\n        <div class=\"uk-accordion-content\">\n\n            \n            \n            \n                        <div class=\"uk-margin\"><p>At the Domaine le Pommier, you will mostly hear French, but also Dutch, German, English, Spanish, etc. Our campsite is very cosmopolitan just like out beautiful Department, one of the most popular tourist spots in France.<\/p><\/div>\n            \n            \n            \n            \n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/li>\n        <li >\n\n    \n\n<div href class=\"uk-accordion-title\">> What methods of payment are available on the campsite?<\/div>\n\n\n\n            \n\n        <div class=\"uk-accordion-content\">\n\n            \n            \n            \n                        <div class=\"uk-margin\"><p>At reception, accepted methods of payment are: Cash, bank card, holiday vouchers. In all the other sales outlets (restaurants, shops, etc.): Cashless and bank card.<\/p><\/div>\n            \n            \n            \n            \n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/li>\n        <li >\n\n    \n\n<div href class=\"uk-accordion-title\">> How does the cashless wristband work?<\/div>\n\n\n\n            \n\n        <div class=\"uk-accordion-content\">\n\n            \n            \n            \n                        <div class=\"uk-margin\"><p><strong>1\/<\/strong> I get a cashless watch at the campsite reception on which I can charge the amount of my choice.<\/p>\n<p><br \/><strong>2\/<\/strong> I can recharge my watch by credit card, cash or holiday vouchers at the campsite reception. By credit card only at the aquatic area and the kiosk.<\/p>\n<p><br \/><strong>3\/<\/strong> Practical, no more need for change in my pocket, with my Cashless watch on my wrist, I can use it anywhere in the campsite, it is also water resistant.<\/p>\n<p><br \/><strong>4\/<\/strong> If I lose my watch, I present the loading ticket at the reception. My watch is blocked, I get a new one which is credited within 24 hours after checking the remaining balance.<\/p>\n<p><br \/><strong>5\/<\/strong> At the end of my stay, I must bring my watch back to the reception. If I have any credit left, I will be reimbursed in cash for amounts less than 5&euro; and by bank card for amounts greater than 5&euro;. For a rental in July or August on a pitch of your choice, we recommend booking as soon as possible. Our receptionists will be happy to advise you and help you with your holiday reservation at the Ciela Village campsite.<\/p><\/div>\n            \n            \n            \n            \n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/li>\n        <li >\n\n    \n\n<div href class=\"uk-accordion-title\">>What are the campsite\u2019s opening and closing dates?<\/div>\n\n\n\n            \n\n        <div class=\"uk-accordion-content\">\n\n            \n            \n            \n                        <div class=\"uk-margin\"><p>The opening dates of Camping Le Pommier are indicated on the homepage of our website. These dates coincide approximately with the beginning of spring and the end of summer. The water park will also be open only to our residents on the same opening dates.<\/p><\/div>\n            \n            \n            \n            \n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/li>\n        <li >\n\n    \n\n<div href class=\"uk-accordion-title\">>What is the minimum number of nights that I can book a pitch for?<\/div>\n\n\n\n            \n\n        <div class=\"uk-accordion-content\">\n\n            \n            \n            \n                        <div class=\"uk-margin\"><p>In low season, pitches can be booked for a minimum of 1 night and in high season, for a minimum of one week (7 days) with arrival on Saturdays, Sundays or Wednesdays depending on availability.<\/p><\/div>\n            \n            \n            \n            \n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/li>\n        <li >\n\n    \n\n<div href class=\"uk-accordion-title\">>What is the minimum number of nights that I can book a rental for?<\/div>\n\n\n\n            \n\n        <div class=\"uk-accordion-content\">\n\n            \n            \n            \n                        <div class=\"uk-margin\"><p>In low season, rentals are for a minimum of two nights at Domaine Le Pommier. However, we do accept ANCV holiday vouchers.<\/p><\/div>\n            \n            \n            \n            \n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/li>\n        <li >\n\n    \n\n<div href class=\"uk-accordion-title\">>How do I pay for my booking at camping Le Pommier?<\/div>\n\n\n\n            \n\n        <div class=\"uk-accordion-content\">\n\n            \n            \n            \n                        <div class=\"uk-margin\"><p>When you make a reservation by telephone or online, you will be asked to settle your account within seven days using a bank card, cheque, by Classic or Connect holiday vouchers or by bank transfer. The balance of the stay must be paid up to 1 month before the date of arrival.<\/p><\/div>\n            \n            \n            \n            \n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/li>\n        <li >\n\n    \n\n<div href class=\"uk-accordion-title\">>How are the pitches or mobile homes allocated?<\/div>\n\n\n\n            \n\n        <div class=\"uk-accordion-content\">\n\n            \n            \n            \n                        <div class=\"uk-margin\"><p>We allocate mobile homes on a first come, first served basis and try to accommodate requests based on availability at the time of receipt of your request. Any rental may not exceed the number of people for which it is intended. Our Domain is frequented by a rather family clientele. Simply contact our wardens directly (in low and high season). We then ask you to come to reception the following morning before 12 am to complete the necessary paperwork.<\/p><\/div>\n            \n            \n            \n            \n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/li>\n        <li >\n\n    \n\n<div href class=\"uk-accordion-title\">>Is access to the campsite private?<\/div>\n\n\n\n            \n\n        <div class=\"uk-accordion-content\">\n\n            \n            \n            \n                        <div class=\"uk-margin\"><p>Yes the Ciela Village Domaine Le Pommier is monitored day and night. Only residents of the campsite with a wristband and a registered number plate may enter the Domaine. Visitors, family and friends are allowed on condition that they register and collect a visitor's wristband from the caretaker. However, they must leave the campsite before midnight and have no access to the water park.&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n            \n            \n            \n            \n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/li>\n        <li >\n\n    \n\n<div href class=\"uk-accordion-title\">>Is the permanent wristband compulsory?<\/div>\n\n\n\n            \n\n        <div class=\"uk-accordion-content\">\n\n            \n            \n            \n                        <div class=\"uk-margin\"><p>Yes! You must wear the wristband. You will be given your wristband on arrival and it must be worn on your wrist at all times during your stay at Domaine le Pommier. If you lose it, you will be charged &euro;10 for a new one, but you can exchange a broken or damaged or wristband free of charge.<\/p><\/div>\n            \n            \n            \n            \n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/li>\n        <li >\n\n    \n\n<div href class=\"uk-accordion-title\">>What modes of public transport are available to get to the campsite?<\/div>\n\n\n\n            \n\n        <div class=\"uk-accordion-content\">\n\n            \n            \n            \n                        <div class=\"uk-margin\"><p>The Ard&egrave;che Department is a protected natural reserve (no railway or motorway), which makes it a unique and special place for your holidays. You can only get around using the road networks.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Domaine Le Pommier Ciela Village is 30 minutes from Mont&eacute;limar SNCF station and 1h15 from Valence TGV SNCF station. Regular bus services (x74 and x75) serve the bus stops next to the campsite from these 2 stations.<\/p><\/div>\n            \n            \n            \n            \n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/li>\n        <li >\n\n    \n\n<div href class=\"uk-accordion-title\">>Can you park your vehicle on the pitch or alongside the rental?<\/div>\n\n\n\n            \n\n        <div class=\"uk-accordion-content\">\n\n            \n            \n            \n                        <div class=\"uk-margin\"><p>Vehicles can be parked next to the rental or nearby, depending on the range booked and the location of the rental. There are car parks at various locations around the campsite. If you come with a second vehicle, you will be asked to pay a supplement per day and this vehicle will be parked according to availability: in one of our central car parks. The reception car park outside the campsite is free.<\/p><\/div>\n            \n            \n            \n            \n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/li>\n        <li >\n\n    \n\n<div href class=\"uk-accordion-title\">>Until what time can you drive your car around the campsite?<\/div>\n\n\n\n            \n\n        <div class=\"uk-accordion-content\">\n\n            \n            \n            \n                        <div class=\"uk-margin\"><p>You can drive your car around the site from 6.00 a.m. until midnight. T-shirts, vests or any other item of clothing are not permitted. In July and August, the water temperature varies between 25&deg; and 29&deg;.... On arrival at the Gorges you will find discover the mythical village of Vallon Pont d&rsquo;Arc and the famous Pont d&rsquo;Arc. We allow two dogs (apart from categories 1 and 2) per rental or pitch, however please note that they must be kept on a lead and have an up-to-date vaccination record. Cleaning up after them is your responsibility. You will be asked to pay a supplement per day and per animal in high season. You do however need to request one when you make your reservation. If you wait until you arrive to request one, it will be subject to availability. The cot does not have a mattress topper. A baby bath can be loaned on request from reception and subject to availability.&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n            \n            \n            \n            \n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/li>\n        <li >\n\n    \n\n<div href class=\"uk-accordion-title\">>Can we rent a fridge for our pitch?<\/div>\n\n\n\n            \n\n        <div class=\"uk-accordion-content\">\n\n            \n            \n            \n                        <div class=\"uk-margin\"><p>The fridge can be hired at the same time as the pitch or directly on site, subject to availability, for the entire duration of your stay (see rates at the campsite reception). A deposit of &euro;100 is required.<\/p>\n<p>You will need an extension lead and a CEE plug adapter to connect to the terminal, which are not supplied. In Ard&egrave;che, a prefectoral decree prohibits the use of charcoal barbecues on all campsites in the department.<\/p>\n<p>Barbecues can be hired at the same time as the pitch or directly on site, subject to availability and for the duration of your stay (see prices at the campsite reception). A deposit of &euro;100 is required.<\/p>\n<p>In high season, we strongly advise you to reserve this when you rent your pitch.
